Effective December 1, 2007, the Company adopted International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS). Please note that the Company voluntarily delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market in the United States in May 2007 and was deregistered from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in August 2008. The Company’s last filing with the SEC was Form 20-F filed in May 2007, with respect to fiscal year 2006.
