Code of Conduct

Stolt-Nielsen S.A. has a well-established code of conduct that its divisions and their global offices adhere to. The document outlines what is required of a Stolt-Nielsen company and employee including: making sure the company conducts its business fairly and ethically; complying with local laws and regulations; maintaining business confidentiality; avoiding conflicts of interest, insider trading and relationships with government officials.
