Chef José Andrés visits Stolt Sea Farm, Spain

On November 2, 2009 the famous chef José R. Andrés P. (Mieres 1969) visited our facilities. José Andrés started his successful and extensive professional career collaborating with Ferrián Adriá (Hospitalet de Llobregat 1962), considered the world’s best chef. José Andrés subsequently developed his career in the United States, where he now runs six popular restaurants (http://www.thinkfoodgroup.com). He has also become a great media authority by hosting various cooking TV programmes, very successful in both Spain and North America. During his visit José Andrés was able to get a close view of the different production phases and to check the strict quality systems that allow us to achieve our renowned Prodemar™ turbot.
