Quality Lease Management (QLM)

What is QLM? STC offers a comprehensive management programme for tank containers owned or leased by its customers. This QLM service includes:

Management of door-to-door transportation (sea freight, trucking, etc.)
Fleet tracking
Technical support
Insurance (STC takes responsibility for pursuing 3rd party claims)
Tank M&R, including regular tank surveys between trips and notifications for testing
Arrange cleaning requirements per customers’ standards
Handling bills of lading and other documents
Off-hire costs and arrangements at the end-of-the-lease contract
One transportation partner with one invoice per door-to-door move
One monthly invoice for tank rental
Accurate budgeting — no hidden cost for tank demurrage
Regular management reporting
