SBS operates a fleet of bitumen tankers in the TC/ COA/ Spot markets. The 1st 5,900 dwt bitumen tanker newbuilding was delivered in October 2010 with the sister ship to be delivered in 1Q 2011. SBS signed an agreement with Nanjing East Star Shipbuilding Co. in China for the purchase of up to four 3,500 dwt bitumen tanker newbuildings due for delivery in 2012.
