Stolt Sea Farm is the world’s leading producer of turbot, delivering 4,000 tonnes to its customers each year. We also produced  250 tonnes of sturgeon, 10 tonnes of caviar and 50 tonnes of the finest sole in 2009.

Stolt Sea Farm employs nearly 300 people and reported operating revenue of more than $48 million in 2009.

Headquartered in Lira-Carnota (La Coruña, Spain), Stolt Sea Farm operates a total of nine inland farms (six in Spain and one each in France, Portugal and Norway), where we produce Prodemar™ turbot and sole. Our four farms in Sacramento, California, produce sturgeon and Sterling Caviar™ .
