Stolt-Nielsen S.A. Files First-Half 2009 Unaudited Interim Financial Report

LONDON, July 2, 2009 - Stolt-Nielsen S.A. (Oslo B?rs: SNI) announced today that the Company has filed with the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE) and Bourse de Luxembourg (BdL) its unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended May 31, 2009.  The report is available from the OSE website at www.oslobors.no, from the BdL website at www.bourse.lu, as well as from the Company's website at www.stolt-nielsen.com.
