Correction: Stolt-Nielsen Limited Board Declares Interim Dividend

LONDON, November 12, 2014 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (OsloB?rs: SNI) announced yesterday that the Company's Board of Directors approved the payment of an interim dividend of $0.50 per Common Share on December 11, 2014 to shareholders of record as of November 26, 2014.  In accordance with the new settlement practice set by Oslo B?rs, the shares will trade ex-dividend on and after November 25, 2014.
