LONDON, November 15, 2018 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors approved the payment of an interim dividend of $0.25 per Common Share. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2018 to shareholders of record as of November 28, 2018. The shares will trade ex-dividend on and after November 27, 2018.
Mr. Niels G. Stolt-Nielsen, Chief Executive Officer of Stolt-Nielsen Limited, said, "The Board's decision to maintain the dividend at $0.25 per Common shares was driven by the continued weak chemical tanker market and the uncertainty related to the timing of its recovery."
