In the past two weeks, Stolt Sea Farm (SSF) has showcased its fresh turbot and sole to two very discerning groups in the Netherlands.
In Amsterdam, 20 Dutch chefs gathered at renowned restaurant, Visaandeschelde (left), to taste our ProdemarTM fresh sole, which was prepared to perfection by the restaurant’s chef. The reviews were positive, and the plates were wiped clean!
Last week, we held a workshop with our client, specialist seafood supplier Adri & Zoon , during which we had the privilege to present our ProdemarTM fresh turbot to more than 50 top chefs, many of whom are Michelin-starred. During the session our chef demonstrated the many ways our turbot can be prepared to showcase its award-winning quality and taste (main image).
