Stolt Tankers recently held its fifth Masters' Club meeting in Istanbul, with the theme of Leadership at Sea, which provided an opportunity for masters and senior leaders to share and align their leadership practices.
The event was attended by Stolt-Nielsen CEO Niels G. Stolt-Nielsen, who shared his leadership and business perspectives. At the meeting, the masters identified several best practices with a focus on the wellbeing and success of their teams, which would enable them to continue to deliver best-in-class services to customers in line with Stolt Tankers’ strategy.
The Masters' Club meeting is a bi-annual event providing masters with the opportunity to meet with the senior team to discuss health and safety, leadership, company culture and strategy and provide feedback based on their practical experience at sea.
Igor Segeda, Stolt Tankers' Crewing Director, said: "Stolt Tankers would like to thank all masters who participated in this event for the energy and enthusiasm they showed during the meeting and for generating such a strong sense of team spirit and unity that was felt by all who attended."
